Product Description
This mobile low temp cook & hold cabinet streamlines daily back-of-house flow for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers across the kitchen. A heating system with low air circulation and dual-cycle, automatic controls works with the temperature probe to manage cooking up to 350°F and holding up to 190°F. The LED display provides clear status visibility during service.
Accommodate (14) 18" x 26" or (28) 14" x 18" pans on a fixed rack set on 3″ OC spacing. The insulated cabinet includes (2) flush mounted doors, a removable drip tray, and a stainless steel interior and exterior. Move confidently on 5-inch casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—and count on recognized listings: UL, cUL, UL EPH Classified, ANSI/NSF 4, and IPX4.
