Streamline plating and service with the FWE HDC-200-11 heated dish cart. Built to stage 120–200 11-inch plates, it maintains dish temperature from 100°F to 202°F with an adjustable thermostat. The enclosed, insulated cabinet helps hold consistent heat during prep and transport.
Speed access using the smooth sliding top for loading and two flush-mounted flip-down doors for quick retrieval on a busy tray line or banquet setup. Four 5-inch swivel casters with brakes maneuver easily through tight corridors and lock securely at the station. Durable stainless steel construction withstands daily transport and frequent cleaning.
