Elevate holding workflow with the FWE HHC-RH-26 heated holding cabinet for roll-in racks. Electric heat and straightforward mechanical controls let you set 90°F–190°F to keep cooked foods ready for service without drying out. Roll a compatible rack directly inside to speed batch production, staging, and plating.
Two dutch doors reduce heat loss and enable quick, ergonomic access during rush periods. All-stainless construction and 6" legs deliver durability and sanitation-friendly clearance for fast cleaning. Designed for banquet service, healthcare traylines, and high-volume kitchens that need dependable, even holding between the cookline and the pass.
This cabinet accommodates one RRB-26 or one RR-1220-22 rack (both sold separately), consolidating pans in a single enclosure while maintaining consistent temperatures. Use it to stage proteins, sides, or plated meals for timed releases and cohesive presentation. It is cULus and UL EPH Classified for professional compliance.
