Two radiant-heat tiers deliver ample staging space in a compact, 43-inch-wide footprint. Electronic controls with indicator light let staff set and verify a 150–200°F holding range to match menu needs. Stage fry baskets, pizza boxes, or hotel pans before service.
Built from stainless steel, the unit stands up to daily kitchen demands. Four 4-inch adjustable legs help level on uneven counters, and rear hold down brackets add security on busy lines. UL listed.
