This mobile, 17-inch-wide unit combines a 12" x 20" x 6-1/2" heated well with organized under-storage for seven 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, so you can stage backups and replenish the line without breaking stride. Radiant heat delivers consistent holding for sides, proteins, and sauces during busy meal periods.
Dial in ideal temperatures using adjustable thermostats and individual controls, then conserve energy with an insulated cabinet and flush-mounted door. A well drain with shut-off valve expedites changeovers and cleanup between menu items, keeping your operation moving.
Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior, this cabinet stands up to daily use in cafeterias, catering operations, and banquet service. Roll it wherever it’s needed on 5-inch casters—two rigid for tracking and two swivel with brakes for secure plating and service.
