The FWE HLC-2127-9 Handy Line heated holding cabinet helps you stage hot food where and when you need it. A radiant heat system paired with an adjustable thermostat and electronic controls enables dialed-in holding for busy prep lines and service windows. Operators can keep menu items ready to plate while maintaining workflow during rush periods.
Built for the pace of commercial kitchens, this heated mobile cabinet accommodates up to eighteen 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans on three removable shelves with 1-3/8" fixed spacing. Use it to organize sides, proteins, and batch-cooked items for banquets, cafeterias, and catering operations. Removable shelves streamline loading and cleaning between turns.
