Dial in precise holding with adjustable thermostats and individual controls for each well. An open cabinet base keeps essentials within reach, while the integrated drain with shut-off valve streamlines changeovers and cleanup between service periods.
Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior, this cabinet stands up to daily use and frequent transport. Smooth-rolling 5" casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—let you maneuver through tight back-of-house spaces, then lock in place for secure service.
