Two dry radiant wells accommodate full-size 12" x 20" pans up to 6-1/2" deep, letting you stage entrees, sides, or toppings without water management. Keep dishes at serving temperature while maintaining a clean, organized presentation.
Dial in precise heat with individual adjustable thermostats for each well to match the needs of different menu items. The open cabinet base keeps extra pans, utensils, or trays within reach, supporting smooth plating and replenishment during rush periods.
