Insulated stainless steel construction helps maintain heat while standing up to rigorous daily use.
Accelerate refills and streamline workflow with under-cabinet storage for fourteen 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, organized at 2-5/8" spacing. Independent, adjustable thermostats let you dial in each well to match different menu items, reducing waste and improving consistency.
Roll this mobile cabinet wherever it’s needed on 5" casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—for secure positioning on the line or in the prep area. Two flush mounted doors provide quick access to backup pans, and a well drain with shut-off valve simplifies changeovers and cleanup.
