Control holding conditions for diverse menus with three 12" x 20" x 6-1/2" deep wells, each managed by an individual, adjustable thermostat. Dial in temperatures for entrées, sides, and sauces to streamline plating and reduce bottlenecks during peak periods.
A stainless steel interior and exterior deliver lasting durability with a clean, professional presentation.
