Three 12" x 20" x 6-1/2" wells use a radiant heat system with individual, adjustable thermostats to maintain food quality on busy serving lines, from cafeterias and healthcare to banquet and catering stations.
Boost workflow with a generous under-storage area that holds twenty-one 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans at 2-5/8" spacing. Three flush mounted doors and a well drain with shut-off valve simplify access and speed cleanup between service periods.
Built for daily use, the insulated stainless steel interior and exterior stand up to high-volume operations while preserving heat. 5" casters (two rigid, two swivel with brakes) let you position the cabinet exactly where you need it for safe, efficient service. cULus and UL EPH Classified for safety and sanitation.
