Four 12" x 20" x 6-1/2" wells use a radiant heat system to hold foods at ideal serving temperatures without compromising quality. Independent, adjustable thermostats let you tailor heat per well to match different recipes.
Streamline workflow with generous under-storage for 28 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, organized at 2-5/8" spacing behind flush-mounted doors. Insulated stainless steel construction helps maintain heat while standing up to daily use and fast-paced changeovers. A well drain with a shut-off valve speeds end-of-shift cleanup.
