Engineered for busy serving lines, the FWE HLC-5W6-7H-35-DRN Handy Line Serving Cabinet keeps hot foods at the ready with five 12" x 20" x 6-1/2" wells and a radiant heat system. Individual controls and adjustable thermostats help you dial in holding temperatures for diverse menus. At 86" wide and fully mobile, it integrates smoothly into cafeterias, banquets, and catering operations.
Speed service while protecting quality with insulated stainless steel construction that retains heat and stands up to daily use. Five flush-mounted doors open to generous under-storage for 35 pans (12" x 20" x 2-1/2") with 2-5/8" spacing, keeping backups close to the line. A well drain with shut-off valve streamlines end-of-shift cleanup.
