Six 12" x 20" x 6-1/2" deep wells on top keep entrees and sides organized for quick plating. Below, under-storage holds up to forty-two 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans to streamline reloads during peak periods.
Dial in precise holding with a radiant heat system, adjustable thermostats, and individual controls for each well. This configuration supports diverse menus on cafeteria lines, banquet buffets, and healthcare or K-12 service where timing and consistency matter.
Durable stainless steel interior and exterior with insulation protect temperatures and simplify cleaning. Six flush mounted doors, a well drain with shut-off valve, and 5" casters—two rigid and four swivel with brakes—make setup, mobility, and breakdown efficient.
