Streamline high-volume tray make-up and holding with the FWE HLC-6W6-7H-42-HWR tray line heated serving & holding cabinet. Its 103-1/4" wide, mobile footprint brings hot production to the tray line, banquet corridor, or cafeteria servery with ease.
Stage and hold entrees, sides, and sauces in six 12" x 20" heated wells while maintaining appetizing presentation. An insulated, radiant heat system and individual thermostatic controls help you dial in temperatures for mixed menus. With 2-5/8" fixed spacing, the cabinet accommodates up to forty-two 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans for efficient batching.
Built for demanding operations, the stainless steel interior and exterior resist wear during daily service. Six flush-mounted hinged doors speed access along the line, while 5" casters let staff maneuver between prep, holding, and service areas and lock securely at the point of use.
