Streamline hot holding and service with the FWE HLC-8H-24 Handy Line heated cabinet. This mobile, insulated, half-height unit features three doors and three compartments to organize menu items for tray lines, banquets, or catering routes. Front controls keep adjustments within easy reach during busy service.
Load standard 12" x 20" pans on stainless steel removable racks, fixed at 2-5/8" on-center for consistent spacing. Each compartment accommodates eight 2-1/2" deep pans, helping you stage entrees, sides, and backups right where they’re needed. Durable 20-gauge stainless exterior and 22-gauge interior stand up to daily use and simplify cleanup.
Move confidently between prep, cook, and serve areas thanks to the cabinet’s mobile design and IPX4 splash protection. UL, cUL, and UL EPH Classified construction supports compliance while maintaining presentation-ready food temperatures.
