Side-loading access speeds staging on cramped counters, while front-mounted controls keep adjustments within easy reach. A field-reversible Lexan door showcases contents and the insulated cabinet helps preserve heat during rushes.
Perfect for banquets, off-peak holding, or make-ahead plating, it accommodates seven 18" x 26" sheet pans at fixed 3-3/4" spacing. Durable 20 gauge stainless steel exterior and 22 gauge stainless steel interior stand up to daily use, and 4" legs provide clearance for cleaning. cULus and UL EPH Classified with an IPX4 rating, it fits the demands of professional kitchens.
