Its generous capacity handles (14) 18" x 26" or (28) 14" x 18" pans with 3″ on-center fixed rack spacing, giving chefs the flexibility to batch, stage, and hold across service. Dual-cycle, automatic controls with an LED display let teams cook up to 350°F and hold up to 200°F for smooth transitions from kitchen to pass.
Enhance flavor and workflow with a removable smoke drawer and easy-clean drip tray, plus a temperature probe for confident results. The insulated, stainless steel interior and exterior with two flush mounted doors protect heat and product quality during busy periods. Mobile 5" casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—make it simple to position the cabinet for prep, cook, and service lines.
