Drive consistent results and a smoother workflow with the FWE LCH-5-SK-LV-G2, a mobile low temp cook and hold smoker cabinet oven for high-volume kitchens. Automatic controls with an LED display simplify operation, while a low air circulation heating system cooks up to 350°F and holds up to 200°F. Monitor product doneness using the temperature probe.
Load three pairs of tray slides to fit three 18" x 26" sheet pans or six 12" x 20" pans. Adjust spacing from 4-1/2" on center in 1-1/2" increments to match brisket, ribs, poultry, or hotel pans for banquets and batch service. Produce smoke flavor with the removable smoke drawer and keep cleanup efficient with the drip tray.
Move the insulated, stainless steel cabinet wherever needed on 5" casters (two rigid, two swivel with brakes).
