Engineered for low-temp precision, the FWE LCH-6-6-G2 cook and hold cabinet streamlines production while preserving quality. Its dual-cycle, automatic controls and temperature probe transition seamlessly from cooking to holding, maintaining doneness and tenderness without overcooking. Ideal for overnight roasts, braises, and large-batch proteins.
Maximize space with eight pairs of tray slides that accept eight 18" x 26" sheet pans or sixteen 12" x 20" pans. Slide spacing is 4-1/2" on center and adjusts in 1-1/2" increments to fit changing menus, from pans of vegetables to plated banquets. Low air circulation delivers gentle, even heat for consistent results and better presentation.
Built for busy kitchens, the insulated stainless steel cabinet features two flush-mounted doors, a clear LED display, and a removable drip tray for quick cleanup. Mobile 5" casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—make repositioning effortless for prep, service, or banquets. Cook up to 350°F and hold up to 190°F, backed by UL, cUL, UL EPH Classified, ANSI/NSF 4, and IPX4 ratings.
