Elevate production with the FWE LCH-6-MT, a moisture-controlled, low-temp cook and hold cabinet built to deliver consistent results and smooth workflows. Its low-air-circulation heating and adjustable moisture control help you cook up to 350°F while protecting product quality. A touchscreen with 8 program presets and a temperature probe lets teams execute repeatable recipes service after service.
Maximize space and flexibility using four pairs of tray slides that fit (4) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (8) 12" x 20" hotel pans. Slide spacing is 4-1/2" on centers and adjusts in 1-1/2" increments to accommodate varied menu items. The insulated, stainless steel cabinet with a flush-mounted door locks in heat and moisture for reliable holding.
Mobilize production and service with 5" casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—for easy positioning on the line or in prep. An auto water-fill system simplifies moisture management during long cooks. UL, cUL, UL EPH Classified, ANSI/NS
