Product Description
Streamline production with the FWE LCH-6-SK-G2 low temp cook and hold smoker cabinet oven. Dual-cycle, automatic controls cook up to 350°F, then hold at precise temperatures up to 200°F while the low-air-circulation system preserves moisture and presentation.
Accommodate four 18" x 26" sheet pans or eight 12" x 20" pans on four pairs of tray slides spaced 4.5" on center and reconfigurable in 1.5" increments; three stainless steel shelves add loading flexibility. A flush-mounted door, full insulation, and stainless steel interior and exterior deliver consistency for high-volume operations.
Guide staff with an easy-to-read LED display and temperature probe, then simplify cleanup with a removable smoke drawer and drip tray. Move the mobile cabinet wherever it’s needed on 5" casters (two rigid, two swivel with brakes) for banquets, commissaries, and catering lines.
