Fixed 2-5/8" spacing keeps pans organized and easy to swap during peak periods. A removable water reservoir adds humidity when menu items benefit from it.
Built for daily use, the insulated stainless steel interior and exterior pair with two flush-mounted doors for smooth transport and heat retention. Four 5" swivel casters with brakes provide maneuverability and secure parking at service. NSF, cULus, and IPX4 ratings support safe, dependable operation in commercial kitchens.
