The FWE MT-1220-6-6 heated mobile cabinet streamlines holding and service with a split-cavity layout and individual controls. Each compartment accommodates six 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans at 2-5/8" fixed spacing, letting you stage sides and entrées at distinct temperatures without bottlenecks. Use it to pace banquet courses, stabilize tray lines, or back up the pass during peak periods.
Protect food quality with a moisture-temp system and a removable water reservoir that lets you dial in humidity alongside heat. An adjustable thermostat and fully insulated, stainless steel cabinet help maintain consistent results from prep to plate.
Roll confidently between prep, cook, and service areas on 5" casters, with swivel brakes that lock the cabinet in place at the point of service. Flush-mounted doors improve aisle clearance and access, supporting efficient workflows in catering, healthcare, and institutional kitchens.
