Keep plated meals and sheet pans at peak service temps with controlled humidity. The FWE MT-1826-14 undercounter heated holding/humidified cabinet streamlines staging from prep to pass, fitting beneath counters to maximize space.
Dial in separate temperature and moisture levels with individual electronic controls to hold fried, roasted, or baked items at their best. A removable water reservoir and built-in drip trough with drain plug simplify refills and cleanup between turns.
Load up to ten 18" x 26" sheet pans or ten 12" x 20" pans on adjustable tray slides set 4-1/2" on center. Two doors with magnetic work flow handles, recessed side grips, and 3-1/2" swivel casters with brakes enable smooth, safe mobility across the kitchen. Durable stainless steel interior and exterior withstand daily demands and carry NSF, cULus, and IPX4 approvals.
