The FWE MT-1826-15 heated holding/humidified cabinet helps chefs and foodservice teams keep menu items ready to serve without sacrificing quality. This mobile, full-height, insulated unit maintains precise temperature and moisture for banquets, tray lines, and off-site catering. Load sheet pans or hotel pans to stage service and streamline plating during rush periods.
Fine-tune results with individual electronic controls for temperature and humidity, supported by FWE’s moisture-temp system. A removable water reservoir and built-in drip trough with drain plug simplify filling and cleanup. Rugged stainless steel inside and out stands up to daily use while making sanitation quick and consistent.
Enhance workflow with a field-reversible door and magnetic work flow handle, plus recessed side grips for safe maneuvering. Adjustable tray slides on 4-1/2" centers hold ten 18" x 26" pans or ten 12" x 20" pans to match changing menus. Rolling on 5" casters (two rigid, two swivel with brakes) and certified NSF, cULus, and IPX4, this cabinet moves easily across the operation while meeting demanding back-of-house standards.
