This full-height, insulated unit maintains precise temperature and controlled moisture so roasts, sides, and baked goods stay ready without drying out. Individual electronic controls let you fine-tune heat and humidity to match each menu cycle.
Stage up to twelve 18" x 26" sheet pans or twelve 12" x 20" pans on adjustable tray slides set 4-1/2" on center. Load from prep, then roll to the line on 5" casters; the field-reversible door with a magnetic work flow handle improves movement through tight spaces. Recessed side grips, a removable water reservoir, and a built-in drip trough with a removable drain plug streamline transport and cleanup.
Constructed with stainless steel inside and out, the MT-1826-18 stands up to daily demands in banquets, trayline service, and off-site catering. Its moisture-temp system helps preserve texture and presentation during peak periods. ENERGY STAR®, NSF, cULus, and IPX4 ratings support efficient, code-compliant operation across your facility.
