Keep food at peak service-ready condition with the FWE MT-1826-7-7 heated holding/humidified cabinet. This full-height, split-cavity, heated mobile cabinet helps you stage trays for banquets, tray service, and catering lines while maintaining precise temperature and moisture. Mobility streamlines back-of-house flow from cookline to service.
Each compartment features individual electronic controls for temperature and moisture, allowing different items to be held simultaneously. Five pairs of adjustable tray slides per compartment, spaced 4-1/2 inches on center, accommodate five 18" x 26" sheet pans or five 12" x 20" pans per cavity.
Field-reversible doors with magnetic workflow handles speed access on any line. A removable water reservoir and built-in drip trough with drain plug simplify cleaning, while stainless steel construction stands up to heavy use. Rugged 5-inch casters and recessed side hand grips deliver smooth mobility; NSF, cULus, and IPX4 compliance support demanding foodservice environments.
