The moisture-temp system with individual electronic controls lets you dial in heat and humidity for fried, roasted, or baked items. Its low-profile design tucks beneath prep or plating stations to maximize space and workflow.
Load up to five 18" x 26" pans or five 12" x 20" pans on adjustable tray slides spaced 4-1/2" on center. A field-reversible door with a magnetic work flow handle speeds access from either side of the line, while recessed side grips and 3-1/2" swivel casters with brakes support safe mobility.
A removable water reservoir and built-in drip trough with drain plug simplify cleanup between turns. Durable stainless steel interior and exterior stand up to daily use in banquets, room service, and off-site catering. NSF, cULus, and IPX4 ratings fit the demands of professional kitchens.
