Its pass-thru design lets cooks load from the kitchen while servers pull from the opposite side, keeping lines moving and food presentation on point. Universal tray slides handle (12) 18" x 26" or (24) 12" x 20" pans to fit your menu mix.
Dial in quality with the moisture-temp system and precise electronic controls. A removable water reservoir helps manage humidity for roasted proteins, plated meals, or bakery sheets. Slides adjust on 1-1/2" increments with 4-1/2" on-center spacing to accommodate varying pan depths.
Built for daily service, the insulated, stainless steel interior and exterior retain heat and clean easily. Rugged 5" casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—roll smoothly between prep, holding, and serving areas. ENERGY STAR certified and IPX4 rated, it supports efficient operations for chefs, foodservice operators, buyers, and facility managers.
