Keep dishes service-ready with the FWE MTU-4 heated mobile cabinet. Its moisture-temp system and electronic controls help maintain appetizing temperature and humidity from prep to pass. Built for busy operations, it supports smooth movement between kitchen, holding, and service areas.
Load flexibility is built in: four pairs of universal tray slides hold either four 18" x 26" sheet pans or eight 12" x 20" pans at 4-1/2" on-center spacing. Slides adjust on 1-1/2" increments to accommodate changing menus, portions, or plating heights.
A fully insulated, stainless steel interior and exterior withstands daily use while retaining heat. The flush-mounted door and 3-1/2" swivel casters with brakes support controlled transport through busy back-of-house corridors. A removable water reservoir streamlines refills and cleanup, and NSF, cULus, and IPX4 ratings suit demanding foodservice environments.
