The FWE MTU-7 heated mobile cabinet streamlines holding and transport for banquets, tray lines, and off-site catering. Its moisture-temp system paired with electronic controls helps maintain food quality from kitchen to service. Accommodate changing menus with universal slides that accept (7) 18" x 26" pans or (14) 12" x 20" pans.
Fine-tune workflow with slides adjustable on 1-1/2" increments and 4-1/2" on-center spacing for consistent loading. A flush-mounted door and insulated, stainless steel interior and exterior support dependable performance in busy operations. The removable water reservoir simplifies filling and cleaning between events.
Navigate tight corridors and service areas confidently with 5" casters—two rigid for tracking and two swivel with brakes for control at the pass. Built for commercial environments, the MTU-7 carries NSF and cULus listings along with an IPX4 rating for added assurance in splash-prone areas.
