Streamline sheet pan handling with the FWE OTR-1826-03-20 tray rack. This mobile, open-sided bun pan rack holds twenty 18" x 26" trays/pans with fixed 3" on-center spacing to keep production moving from oven to cooler to service. Welded aluminum construction stands up to daily use in high-volume environments.
Roll product through prep, staging, and plating with smooth 5" swivel casters that maneuver easily around tight turns. The 69" height offers ample capacity while maintaining visibility and quick access on busy lines. Open sides enable fast loading and retrieval during peak periods.
