The FWE OTR-1826-15-34 tray rack streamlines pan handling for high-volume kitchens, bakeries, and institutions. This mobile bun pan rack securely holds up to 34 full-size 18" x 26" trays/pans with fixed 1-1/2" on-center spacing to keep product organized and moving. Use it to stage mise en place, shuttle sheet pans between prep and ovens, or cool items with clear visibility.
Built with welded aluminum and open sides, the rack supports fast loading and quick checks during busy service.
