Streamline pan handling with the FWE OTR-FUA-03-20 universal tray-pan rack. This mobile, open-side rack organizes up to 20 18" x 26" sheet pans or 12" x 20" trays on fixed 3" on-center runners. Durable welded aluminum construction is built for daily back-of-house use and fast turns.
Deploy it for staging baked goods, cooling product, or assembling banquets on the line. Open sides let crews access pans from either direction and check progress at a glance, accelerating prep and pick-up. Fixed spacing keeps every position ready for consistent loading.
5" swivel casters move smoothly through busy kitchens and service corridors for quick repositioning. At 69" high, the pan rack increases vertical capacity while keeping contents easy to reach.
