Streamline back-of-house flow with the FWE OTR-FUA-05-11 universal tray-pan rack. This mobile, open-sided rack moves sheet pans and food pans between prep, cook, and service with minimal handling. Its welded aluminum frame stands up to daily use while supporting efficient, organized staging.
Accommodate up to eleven 18" x 26" sheet pans or 12" x 20" trays/pans on fixed 5" on-center slides. Use it to stage batches for the oven, hold plated courses for banquets, or organize cafeteria pans for efficient tray makeup. The 65" height fits easily into walk-ins and dish rooms while maximizing vertical capacity.
