Maximize back-of-house flow with the FWE OTR-UA-13 universal tray-pan rack. This mobile, open-sided rack streamlines staging, transport, and storage of sheet pans and trays from prep to service. Chefs and facility managers can load from either side to accelerate turns and keep production moving.
Optimize capacity with flexible slides spaced on adjustable 1-1/2" centers. Hold up to (13) 18" x 26" sheet pans, (26) 12" x 20" pans, or (13) oval trays-pans for bakery batches, banquets, or tray line assembly. Use it to organize par-baked items, chilled components, or plated meals ready for delivery.
Built with welded aluminum, the rack resists everyday knocks while staying light and easy to maneuver. Smooth-rolling 5" casters, including (2) swivel, help staff navigate corridors and tight aisles. At 69" high, it delivers vertical storage that supports efficient, high-volume workflows.
