The FWE P-120-XL heated banquet cabinet streamlines high-volume plating and service, holding 96–120 covered plates up to 12-3/8" in diameter. Its mobile design keeps meals hot and ready to present when service windows open. Use it to stage courses for banquets, catered events, or back-of-house pass stations without disrupting workflow.
The Humi-temp heat system, paired with an adjustable thermostat and individual controls, helps maintain consistent temperature and plate-ready conditions. An insulated cabinet and removable humidifier pan support moisture management to protect presentation and texture. A flush mounted door minimizes heat loss during frequent access.
Operators can maneuver confidently with bar-type push handles, 6" casters (2 rigid, 2 swivel with brakes), and a wraparound bumper.
