Designed for high-volume service, this single-compartment unit holds 120–144 covered plates up to 11" in diameter. The Humi-temp heat system and adjustable thermostat let you set and maintain ideal holding conditions for scheduled service.

Large 6" casters (2 rigid, 4 swivel with brakes) move smoothly, while a wraparound bumper helps guard walls and equipment. Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior, the P-144 stands up to daily use and cleans easily. Three included wire shelves organize plates or trays for efficient staging. Certified NSF, UL EPH Classified, cULus, and IPX4 to support demanding foodservice environments.
