The FWE P-144-XL heated banquet cabinet streamlines high-volume plate service, holding 120–144 covered plates up to 12-3/8" in diameter. Its Humi-temp heat system with individual controls and an adjustable thermostat helps maintain serving temperatures and plate integrity during staging and service.
Load three shelves and transport from kitchen to ballroom with confidence thanks to the insulated, stainless steel interior and exterior. A removable humidifier pan supports proper moisture levels, while the flush-mounted door helps seal in heat between courses.
