The FWE P-60 is a mobile heated banquet cabinet designed to stage and transport 48–60 covered plates (11" diameter) for banquets, catered events, and high-volume meal service. Its single, insulated compartment streamlines plate-up and keeps courses organized from kitchen to venue. Chefs, buyers, and facility managers can coordinate service with confidence and consistency.
The Humi-temp heat system with an adjustable thermostat delivers reliable holding temperatures, while recessed front controls protect settings during busy shifts. A flush mounted door and stainless steel interior and exterior stand up to daily use and simplify cleaning. Three wire shelves accommodate varied plate heights and loading patterns across service periods.
