The FWE P-72 heated banquet cabinet helps you hold plated meals at serving temperature for banquets, catering lines, and peak meal periods. Its Humi-temp heat system and adjustable thermostat let you dial in consistent holding conditions. Recessed front controls and an insulated stainless steel build support reliable, efficient operation.
Stage 60–72 covered plates up to 11 inches in diameter in a single compartment to streamline plating and holding. Two included wire shelves organize trays or plate stacks for quick retrieval. A flush mounted door helps retain heat while maximizing aisle clearance.
Roll the cabinet smoothly on 6 inch casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—to position it wherever service demands. A wraparound bumper shields walls and equipment during transport. Durable stainless steel interior and exterior clean easily and stand up to daily use.
