The FWE P-80 heated banquet cabinet stages and transports plated meals for high-volume service with confidence. It holds 64–80 covered plates up to 11" in a single, insulated compartment to keep dishes at serving temperature from kitchen to venue.
The Humi-temp heat system and adjustable thermostat help maintain quality and timing across courses. Recessed front controls and a flush-mounted door streamline workflows and minimize snags in tight corridors.
Four wire shelves support flexible loading for mixed menus, while stainless-steel construction withstands daily use. 6" casters (two rigid, two swivel with brakes) and a wraparound bumper enable smooth, protected mobility for hotels, caterers, and institutional operations.
