The FWE P-80-XL P-Series banquet cart streamlines plated meal service with a 64–80 plate capacity for covered plates up to 12-3/8" in diameter. Its Humi-temp heat system and insulated cabinet help keep meals ready from prep line to event floor, supporting precise banquet timing.
Dial in holding conditions with an adjustable thermostat and individual controls to match changing service demands. A removable humidifier pan lets you introduce moisture when needed for plated proteins or sides, while the stainless steel interior and exterior stand up to daily use and frequent cleaning.
Four shelves stage courses efficiently, and a flush-mounted door with bar type push handles makes loading and maneuvering straightforward. Rugged 6" casters (2 rigid, 2 swivel with brakes) and a wraparound bumper support transport through busy corridors. NSF, cULus, UL EPH Classified, and IPX4 listings align with professional foodservice requirements.
