Five pairs of adjustable tray slides at 4-1/2 inches on center hold five 18" x 26" sheet pans or five 12" x 20" pans, helping you standardize loads and timing. Dial in both temperature and moisture with individual controls and a built-in humidifier to match product needs. A removable water reservoir streamlines refills and cleanup between turns.
Durable stainless steel inside and out withstands daily use, while a field reversible door with a recessed antimicrobial handle adapts to your layout. Recessed side hand grips and 3-1/2" swivel casters with brakes make transport secure during busy changeovers.
