Engineered for high-volume service, the FWE Clymate IQ PHTT-10-CV heated mobile cabinet maintains food quality with controlled venting and a humidified holding system. Individual heat and humidity controls let chefs fine-tune conditions for crispy, tender, or moist results across diverse menus.
Optimize workflow with (10) pairs of universal tray slides that hold either (10) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (20) 12" x 20" trays. Slides are set 4-1/2" on-center and adjust in 1-1/2" increments to accommodate changing pan loads from prep to the pass.
Built to move, this insulated, all-stainless cabinet features a flush-mounted door, recessed hand grips, and 5" casters for smooth transport from kitchen to service area. The removable water reservoir simplifies refills and cleaning—ideal for banquets, cafeterias, healthcare, and catering operations that demand consistent presentation and timing.
