Keep service running smoothly with the FWE Clymate IQ PHTT-12-CV heated mobile cabinet with controlled venting. Its humidified holding system and individual heat and humidity controls help maintain texture and temperature from the prep kitchen to the pass. Ideal for banquets, catering routes, and high-volume lines, it supports precise staging without slowing workflow.
Accommodate a changing menu with 12 pairs of universal tray slides that hold either twelve 18" x 26" trays or twenty-four 12" x 20" trays. Standard 4-1/2" on-center spacing adjusts in 1-1/2" increments to fit pans, plates, or deli trays as needed. Two Dutch doors allow quick access during service while limiting cabinet exposure.
Built for daily use, the insulated cabinet features a stainless steel interior and exterior and a removable water reservoir for easy refills and cleaning. Recessed hand grips and 5" casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—streamline mobility between prep, cook, and service areas. Certified cULus and UL EPH Classified with an IPX4 rating for added confidence in wet environments.
