The FWE PHTT-12 Clymate IQ heated mobile cabinet streamlines high-volume holding for banquets, tray lines, and catering. Twelve pairs of universal tray slides handle twelve 18" x 26" sheet pans or twenty-four 12" x 20" pans, keeping production organized and ready to serve.
Dial in precise results with a humidified holding system and individual controls for heat and humidity. Adjust slide spacing from 4-1/2" on center down to 1-1/2" increments to accommodate varying pan loads and plating heights.
Built with insulated, stainless steel interior and exterior, plus two Dutch doors and recessed hand grips, the cabinet stands up to daily service while speeding access. Five-inch casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—roll smoothly between prep, cook, and serving areas; park it securely on the line. cULus and UL EPH Classified, IPX4.
