The FWE PHTT-1220-7 Clymate IQ heated countertop cabinet streamlines hot holding with precise, independent control of heat and humidity. Deploy it on the cookline to hold proteins, sides, and fried items without drying, or use it at the pass to stage plated components during banquets and high-volume service.
