Load up to 12 trays measuring 18 x 26 on 12 pairs of adjustable slides. Standard 4.5 on-center spacing quickly reconfigures in 1.5 increments to fit changing menus and pan heights. Insulated stainless steel construction and two Dutch doors help retain heat while standing up to daily kitchen demands.
Move it confidently through the kitchen on 5 in. casters, with two swivel casters locking and two rigid for straight-line tracking.
